Terms & Conditions

All orders will be despatched only when we have cleared funds or receipt of payment for Credit and Debit Cards. Goods will be despatched the same day when they are in stock, out of stock items will be sent as soon as they are processed into our warehouse. All goods are packed and despatched by Babyland. Once despatched orders cannot be cancelled. In the unlikely event of defective or damaged goods you will need to contact Us to arrange a return and replacement, refunds for defective or damaged goods will only be given where a replacement item is not available.

Ordering Goods
When you place an order with Us, we will send an automated reply confirming the order and reference number, when you place an order you agree to our terms and conditions of sale.

Processing Orders
All orders for in stock goods and products are packed and dispatched within three days of order,  if for any reason we need to delay your order we will notify you by email or at the contact telephone number specified in your contact details. When we despatch your order we will send an automated email detailing the courier, estimated delivery times and parcel number.

Delivery Costs
Standard UK delivery is automatically calculated at checkout based on the combined delivery weight of all goods ordered, for customers who are local to Babyland, they can opt for free store pickup. The current cost for UK delivery is listed below. We regret we are unable to offer delivery outside the UK at this moment, if you are interested in having our products sent to an International, European destination please contact our office to discuss the options available.
